Waiting List Policy
We do not charge wait list fees within our Centre. Parents wishing to go on our wait list must fill out this on line form on our website. Calling the Centre directly and leaving your name with our staff or the same via email will not gain access to the list. Once a space becomes available in our Centre, we will begin calling Parents on our wait list. We do go in order of the list, however part time options and age groupings play a significant role in the order.
Your wait list space expires 1 year from the date it is received, so parents wishing to stay on our list for more than one year must resubmit the on line form annually as space is committed on an annual basis. When a space is offered and accepted, a deposit, full enrolment package and registration fee is required to hold the childcare Space or for acceptance into our program.
A log book will be kept in the office with the family name, required start date and wait list position which is maintained in the order in which they are received. All Wait list inquiries are maintained within our Centre Privacy Policies and Procedures.
